Fortunately some of the traffic has came back, however, I realized that because WordPress creates so many tags, I had to do several 301 redirects to the old pages so that I wouldn't lose my rankings or traffic. Things are picking up slowly and I fully expect everything to work itself out within the next few weeks. I experienced the same thing when I moved my WordPress website to a static html/css website.
