Some alterations are made to fit the Blog to the main site http://www.Design-Cars.com

But if you are looking for Design, you should most certanly check out http://www.oswd.org/ and http://www.openwebdesign.org/
Both have free design that you can use for your site.
If you are looking for Free Joomla design templates, I like to start at http://www.joomlaos.de which is German, but you will see the gallery link :-)

Today I found very good, ad-free free forum hosting, but I can not install any mod. Do any of you know how to do this?

Looking at there demo site (auch..) looks like its been hacked. (Index page with more offensive picture) so I don’t think you should use it.
I suggest you look at a solution integrated with Joomla like :
http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,2134/Itemid,35/ or look at a free forum like http://www.simplemachines.org/ which can be nicely integrated in your Joomla website.
